16th International Symposium on Inventories

The date of the biennial symposium of the International Society for Inventory Research has been set for

August 23-27, 2010 – Budapest, Hungary


ISIR Session at the ASSA Meetings
January 3-5, Atlanta, GA, USA

The International Society for Inventory Research (ISIR) sponsors a session each year at the ASSA Meetings in January.  Historically, these sessions have focused exclusively on the topic of inventories.  At next year’s session, however, the focus will be expanded to include the related topics of business fixed investment and business cycles.

“Changing Paradigm for Inventory Management in a Supply Chain Context”

The general theme of the summer school: “ Changing Paradigm for Inventory Management in a Supply Chain Contex t”.
